Installation and description of spiral bevel gear commutator
1. Common problems before installation:
a. The machine solves the installation shaft to carry out cleaning before application.And check whether the installation shaft has knocks or waste, and if necessary, remove it and clean it.
b. The application temperature of the commutator is 0～40℃.
c. Check whether the fit tolerance of the hole connected with the commutator is in compliance with the regulations, and the hole size tolerance should be H7.
d. Before application, replace the oil plug of the exhaust pipe from the blockage at the upper position to ensure that the body vapor is discharged when the commutator is in operation.
2. Installation of commutator:
a. The commutator can only be installed on a flat, shock-absorbing, and torsion-resistant support point structure.
b. Under all conditions, it is not allowed to knock belt pulleys, couplings, transmission gears or sprocket chains into the output shaft with a hammer, otherwise the rolling bearings and shafts will be destroyed.
3. Application and maintenance:
a. After the commutator is installed, check if it is convenient.Announcing that the application must carry out a full load experiment, and it will gradually load and run under all normal operating conditions.
b. The commutator is forbidden to exceed the rated load.
c. The commutator should be checked whether the oil volume is normal before application and work.
