Introduction to the alignment sequence of the coupling
Coupling alignment is also called concentric.After the pump and motor are installed, one of the tasks is to find concentricity between the pump and the motor, that is, to make the axis of the pump and the prime mover on the same line, so that it does not cause vibration during operation.
3) When the motor is in place, place gaskets on the four-foot pads according to the state of the coupling;
4) Horizontally moving the motor will basically eliminate the left and right diameter and axial deviation;
5) Tighten the anchor bolts of the motor;
6) Install the coupling alignment tool;
7) Measure the state deviation of the coupling;
8) Calculate the increase or decrease of the thickness of the front and rear foot gaskets;
9) Increase or decrease gaskets and tighten the anchor screws;
Coupling alignment sequence
1) Before aligning, measure the diameter and axial runout of the two halves of the coupling;
2) Check whether there is a gap between the four feet of the motor and the platen. If there is a gap, it must be dealt with;3) When the motor is in place, place gaskets on the four-foot pads according to the state of the coupling;
