1.A connecting website link of an O-ring Chain for standard application is pre-coated with grease on the pins. In advance of connection, verify the grease about the surfaces of pins, and should the amount of grease is smaller, apply grease with bare hands. (If gloves are applied, the grease will likely be absorbed by the gloves.)

one.Confirm that O-rings are connected for the roots of your pins.
two.If the volume of grease applied about the connecting pins is tiny, coat the pins with grease at the central portions.
three.Insert the connecting pins to the bushings from the inner back links at the two ends.
4.Confirm the grease is applied on the complete face in the O-ring, and fit the O-ring onto the connecting pins.
five.Insert the connecting pins in to the connecting plate and though pressing the connecting plate, set up the spring clip. Verify whether or not the head (the finish without a split) of your spring clip is turned within the feeding direction on the chain. (See the following illustration.)
six.Make sure you confirm the spring clip is securely fitted during the clip grooves of the connecting pins.
This completes jointing on the connecting link. Note that grease within the surfaces of connecting pins and O-rings is usually eliminated in the course of installation work. In this case, re-grease employing the grease to the surface on the base chain or the grease within the polyethylene bag by which the connecting link was contained.
