Brief introduction
YL saniatry lobe pump is self-priming, valveless, positive displacement pumps. With the characteristics of low rotation speed and high output torque, pump shows its talents to transfer high viscosity liquid products. Its unique working principle works with a  EPT drive system, ensure that the pump can output a  EPT driving torque at low speed, can guarantee continuous, non-stagnant transferring, and ensure that the transferred material not damage, viscosity can be as high as 1500000CP.

Consumer chemicals: AES, LAS, AOS, K12, glycerol, fatty alcohol, bathing shampoo, skin cream, shampoo, detergent liquid, toothpaste soap, washing powder slurry, etc.

Pump Working principle


The even rotation of the rotor pair creates a vacuum on the priming side of the pump, which can be defined by the direction of rotation of the drive. This vacuum draws the liquid into the pump chamber. With further rotation, the pumped medium is conveyed past the pump wall into the pressure area. Up to six chamber charges are displaced with each drive rotation depending on the rotor type. When the rotor is at a standstill, the pump seals off almost completely.

Complete pump consists of bare shaft pump, coupling& shield, gear reduer with motor and baseplate. You can only have our bare shaft pump.

Coupler Yoke
Coupler yokes are functioned as a pocket for the draft gear and to be used for maintaining the gear in proximity to the tail end of the coupler interposed by follower. Coupler yokes are connected with the rear end of coupler by yoke pin or draft key, so that forces applied to the coupler head are dampened by the draft gear.
As result, yoke should be designed to be adapted to draft gear and coupler shank end. For standardization of railway industrial, at one hand, the yoke draft gear pocket should be compatible in length and the travel of draft gear. And at other hand, the sharp of the front end of the yoke should be suitable for the installing of the tail end of the coupler shank.

Product Description :

ZJQ series submersible slurry pump and sand suction pump with agitator or stirring impeller.

ZJQ submersible slurry pump or sand suction pump is a mechanical device that both the motor and the pump body submerge into the medium to work. The pump flow parts are made of high-strength wear-resistant alloy, wear-resistant cast iron, cast steel, etc., which one is used depends on the specific medium. The pump of large flow passage and is suitable for conveying media such as sand containing large solid particles, ore slurry, coal slurry, sand and gravel, high-concentration liquid, dust liquid, and paste etc. It is for river dredging, manure, slurry feed, watering, municipal administration, chemical printing and dyeing, medicine, shipbuilding, food, etc. This series of submersible pumps are designed and manufactured with advanced EPT at home and abroad. In addition to the main impeller, a set of stirring impellers or agitator can be also added at the bottom to stir the deposited sludge. The unique sealing device can effectively balance the pressure inside and outside the oil chamber and protect the reliability of the mechanical seal to the utmost. The motor adopts a variety of protection measures such as overheating protection and water detection protection. It is capable of long-term safe operation under harsh operating conditions.

  1. Wear parts are all constructed with abrasion resistant materials – chromium alloy; so pumps have better stability & longer service life.
  2. Unique mechanical seal device can prevent the EPT motor from high pressure water and impurities; thus high suction efficiency can be ensured.
  3. In addition to the main impeller, a pair of agitation impeller is equipped to help break and mix the sludge.
  4. Easy installation, operation and cost saving, since no additional vacuum pump or pump house is needed.
  5. Professional EPT support is provided during the whole process of the usage and maintenance.
