Applications include agricultural, conveyors, drilling, electronics assembly, food processing, fork lift trucks, hoists, packaging & textile machinery.160R15H sprocket is a durable, high quality, and precision sprocket with 15 hardened teeth that is manufactured to accept a R1 bushing. Sprockets that have hardened teeth last longer and are much more durable than those that don’t. Something else that is notable about this sprocket is that it fully meets all ANSI Standards, which insures proper contact between the #160 roller chain & sprocket and sprocket which prevents premature wear or breakage. This sprocket is also black oxide coated which increases resistance to the environment and will prevent early rust build up. 160R15H sprockets are bored to accept a R1 type taper bushing, which we also stock with a wide range of bore sizes.
