What inspections need to be done for the quality of the set of pulleys

2019-11-29 10: 25: 55 Views

       Pulleys are very commonly used transmission components, which are mainly used in the operation and transmission of various mechanical equipment. The quality of the pulleys will directly affect the operation of the equipment. Among them, the tapered pulley is a very popular type at present. How to check the quality of the tapered pulley ?

       Briefly describe the quality inspection standards of tapered pulleys:

       XNUMX. Appearance of cone sleeve pulley
       ① The surface of the tapered pulley has been blackened and inspected in accordance with the "Blackening Inspection Specification";
       ②The appearance is flat, the color is uniform, and the appearance is free from damage, blisters, pores, cracks, scratches, burrs, and rust. For details, refer to the "Inspection Specification for Die Casting Parts" for inspection;
       ③The surface roughness must meet the requirements, and there must be no iron filings in the flywheel.

       Second, the size of the tapered pulley must meet the requirements of the drawing
       ①Measure with inner diameter dial gauge, outer micrometer, depth gauge and vernier caliper;
       ②The surface roughness is measured by the roughness comparison sample block;
       ③The straightness of the thread and the flywheel cover should be ensured, and the thread precision should conform to the gauge.

       XNUMX. Trial installation of taper sleeve pulley: rolling the wheel body by hand, it feels neither loose nor tight
       ① The operation should be stable, the movement should be small and coherent, and the rolling circulation should not be stuck; abnormal vibration and movement are not allowed;
       ②During starting and running, the belt should not be slipping or hitting. When the load is running, the rolling parts can roll sensitively;
       ③Measurement of axial movement: use a dial indicator to measure the movement of the shaft end.

       Four, quality inspection defect level description
       ①The shortcoming of death refers to personal safety, serious industrial loss or environmental pollution;
       ②The primary disadvantage is that the product loses function or seriously affects the integrity of the product structure;
       ③ Non-essential shortcomings refer to shortcomings other than the fatal shortcomings and the primary shortcomings.for reference only.
