  The timing belt transmission is composed of an endless transmission belt with equally spaced teeth under the inner surface layer and an eccentric wheel with opposite teeth. During operation, the teeth of the belt and the tooth grooves of the eccentric wheel mesh to transmit the driving force of fitness exercise. It is a new type of belt wheel that integrates the advantages of synchronous belt drive and chain drive worm gear drive.Common problems in the installation and application of timing belts and timing wheels: reduce the management center distance of the eccentric wheel. If there is a tensioner, loosen it first, and then adjust the management center distance after installing the strap.For a transmission system with a fixed management center distance, first remove the eccentric wheel, put the strap on the eccentric wheel, and then put the eccentric wheel on the shaft to fix it.
You should also pay attention to the following when installing:
  ①When installing the timing belt, if the management center distance of the two eccentric wheels can be moved, be sure to reduce the management center distance of the eccentric wheel first, and then adjust the management center distance after installing the timing belt.If there is a tension pulley, first release the tension pulley, then install the timing belt, and then install the tension pulley.
  ②When using the timing belt on the eccentric wheel, remember not to use too much force, or use a screwdriver to pry the timing belt hard to avoid the tension layer in the timing belt from causing the appearance of unnoticeable fracture.When designing the eccentric wheel, it is best to use a structure that allows the two shafts to move closer to each other. If the structure does not allow it, it is best to put the timing belt and the eccentric wheel on the opposite shaft.
  ③Operate moderate initial tension.
  ④In the timing belt drive, the flatness of the center line of the two eccentric wheels is relatively high, otherwise the timing belt will deviate from the direction during operation, and even jump out of the eccentric wheel.If the center line is not parallel to the surface, it will cause uneven working pressure, which is the initial damage of the belt tooth.
  ⑤The sound card rack supporting the eccentric wheel must have sufficient bending rigidity, otherwise the eccentric wheel will cause non-parallel surfaces of the two center lines when the password padlock is running.
